Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order size. Any shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails بسبب incorrect address or unavailable customer, the courier may contact the customer again or return the parcel.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact BT Store within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
